WJS PRECISION PLATE SAW

• Max capacity: 4" x 144" x 144"
• 100 Hp (75 kW) hydraulically driven spindle with 36" dia. blade
• Servo positioned back gauge with 144" x 144" opening
• Operator inputs part height, cut width and length and then pushes cycle start; the machine automatically pushes the material to the inputted cut length and then begins the cut with automatically controlled feed rate
• Infeed table designed with heavy duty ball transfers to allow for easy material manipulation

WJS-20 GANTRY STYLE PLATE SAW

• Max capacity: 3" x 168" x 240"
• 60 Hp belt driven spindle with 26" dia. blade
• Single cutting head with optional manual 90° head swivel
• Internal riding operator station available
• 15" powered raise and lower for step cutting
• Dry abrasive as well as wet abrasive styles

WJS-40 GANTRY STYLE PLATE SAW

• Max capacity: 480" x 240" x 6" thick
• 150 Hp hydraulically driven spindle with 36" dia. blade
• Unitized rails: one cuts north/south, one cuts east/west
• Internal riding operator station
• 18" powered raise and lower for step cutting
• Dry abrasive as well as wet abrasive styles
