• Heavy duty cut-off machine designed to cut large diameter specialty alloys (nickel alloys, titanium, tool steels, and stainless) for ESR/VAR end cutting, lab samples, forging blanks with safety, straightness of cut, and speed the top priorities
• Specially designed self-centering chucks can safely clamp and rotate 10"–30” dia. electrodes without the operator touching the clamp in less than 6 minutes
• This unit utilizes a 48" (1220 mm) dia abrasive blade and a 200 Hp (150 kW) hydraulically driven motor
• Automated feed rate allows for "operator-free" cutting that will maximize your productivity
• These systems handle electrodes from 10"–30" (250 mm–760 mm)
• This series has standard models; however, it is a fully customizable sawing system so that your needs can be totally satisfied
