Super Saw Series
- Heavy duty cut-off machine designed to cut large cross section specialty alloys (nickel alloys, titanium, tool steels, and stainless) for ESR/VAR cutting, forging blanks, and sample cutting at low cost, high precision and speed
- Material handling options include: bar loaders, infeed and outfeed conveyors, material stop, part weighing, and a pusher feed system (with ±.004" push tolerance), as well as other options like coolant and air filtration
- This unit utilizes a 48"–60" (1220 mm–1520 mm) dia blade and either a 200Hp (150 kW)or 300Hp (225 kW) motor
- Automated feed rate allows for "operator-free" cutting that will maximize your productivity
- These systems handle cross sections from 6"–18" (150 mm–450 mm)
- This series has standard models; however, it is a fully customizable sawing system so that your needs can be totally satisfied
- Both wet and dry systems are available
