WJS-40G GANTRY PRECISION PLATE SAW

• Max capacity: 14" x 192" x 1440" (350 mm x 4800 mm x 30000 mm)
• 100-125Hp (75-93 kW) Belt Driven Spindle with 36-48” (900–1200 mm) dia. high speed carbide tipped blade
• Five axis servo positioned gantry system
• Operator inputs part height, cut width and length and then pushes cycle start; the machine automatically positions saw to the inputted cut length and then begins the cut with automatically controlled feed rate
• Various optional table designs with wood top and either side alignment pins or drop down sides for dropping ripped scrap onto scrap conveyor
• Two rip cut saw heads and one cross cut saw head with optional rotating head for angle plate cutting
• Chip and scrap conveyors as well as a scrap saw can be provided along with chip vacuum systems

• Max capacity: 6" x 48" x 144" (150 mm x 1200 mm x 3600 mm)
• 75Hp (56 kW) hydraulically driven spindle with 36" (900 mm) dia carbide tipped blade
• Five axis CNC controlled angle saw – Table: in/out, rotates (360°), Cutting Head: right/left, up/down, blade tilts (75°)
