RS-1030T PRECISION PLATE SAW

• Max capacity: 8" x 144" x 144" (200 mm x 3600 mm x 3600 mm)
• 30Hp (22 kW) chain driven spindle with 32" (800 mm) dia. blade
• Servo positioned back gauge with 144" x 144" (3600 mm x 3600 mm) opening
• Operator inputs part height, cut width and length and then pushes cycle start; the machine automatically pushes the material to the inputted cut length and then begins the cut with automatically controlled feed rate
• Precision cut lengths with ±.005" accuracy
• Infeed table designed with heavy duty ball transfers to allow for easy material manipulation
• Chip conveyor underneath the saw-line comes standard, chip vacuum system is optional

WJS-40T PLATE SAW

• Max capacity: 12" x 144" x 144” (300 mm x 3600 mm x 3600 mm)
• 75 Hp (56 kW) belt driven spindle with 40" dia. blade
• 12" powered raise and lower for step cutting
• Servo positioned back gauge with 144" x 144" (3600 mm x 3600 mm) opening
• Fully automatically controlled feed rate
• Precision cut lengths with ±.005" accuracy
• Infeed table designed with heavy duty ball transfers to allow for easy material manipulation
• Chip conveyor underneath the saw-line comes standard, chip vacuum system is optional
